The award-winning Thali Café is much-loved for bringing fresh, locally sourced and sustainably produced or farmed produce to the table – at seriously affordable prices. There are now four Thali Cafés in Bristol – in Clifton, Totterdown, Easton and Montpelier – so if you haven’t tried their Thali dishes yet, then Independents Day is a great excuse for a midweek treat. If any customer says ‘Independents’ to his/her waiter/ress on the 4th of July at any of the restaurants they’ll get a free bottle of Kingfisher with their meal!
